Miruna Serian has joined our group in order to do her first rotation project as part of the LIDo DTP PhD programme. During her rotation Miruna will be working with us and the group of James Mason in the Institute of Pharmaceutical Science at King’s College London. During her rotation, Miruna will be using a combination of molecular dynamics simulations and a range of biophysical experimental methods to investigate how small changes in the sequence of antimicrobial peptides affect their abilities to kill bacteria. It is great to welcome Miruna to our group and we look forward to working with her over the next several months.
