The conference venue is located in the heart of London. Plenty of hotels are available in the area, but they can be quite expensive. Below are a number of suggested hotels in the area that are all within walking distance of the conference venue, covering the a wide range of prices.

The Z City Hotel
The Z City hotel is a modern conversion of offices in Fleet Street, London's newspaper and legal district. The hotel right opposite the Royal Courts of Justice and next to Temple Church. The hotels is somewhat unusual in that it seeks to offer the luxuries business travellers need but not all facilities normally found in a hotel. The hotel offers rooms from £150, which include excellent in-room entertainment and free wifi. But, there are no telephones, minibars or safes in the room.
Strand Palace Hotel
The Strand Palace Hotel is a traditional hotel located in London’s theatre district. It is within 750 yards of the Adelphi, Vaudeville, Strand Lyceum and Novello theatres and surrounded by the Strand’s popular bars and restaurants. The conference venue is only a short walk away, as are Charing Cross Rail and Underground Station, Covent Garden’s shops and restaurants and the Royal Opera House. It offers premium rooms from £175 and up, including breakfast. The hotel features free wifi, flat-screen satellite TV, on-site gym and 24-hour room service.
Imperial Hotel Russell Square
Imperial Hotel Russell Square is a 17-minute walk from the conference venue. It offers mid-range rooms from around £107, including breakfast. This hotel features exclusively en suite rooms with amenities such as radio, satellite TV, tea facilities, minibar and trouser press, with various other services available upon request, including free Wi-Fi access, hairdryer and iron. The general ambiance of the hotel is classic, and in keeping with this theme, a shopping arcade with a retro cocktail bar, a Chinese herbalist, a hair salon, a gift shop, a bank and a casino are facilities to which all guests have access to, in addition to the Atrium Bar & Cafe.
ME London by Melia
ME London by Melia is a modern, high-end hotel on the Strand, across the street from the conference venue. The hotel boasts interiors designed by Foster and Partners; rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows with impressive views of London, integrated media hub and free wifi; 24-hour gym access and 24-hour room service. Prices start from £240 per night.
Premier Inn Blackfriars & Waterloo
Premier Inn is a popular budget hotel chain in the UK and has hotels in the Blackfriars and Waterloo areas. These are no-frills hotels offering rooms from £70. All guest bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, flat screen tv and free wifi. The Premier Inn Blackfriars is 14 minutes from the conference venue and the Premier Inn Waterloo is 17 minutes from the conference venue.
LSE Halls of Residence
Although King's College London student accommodation is not yet available during the conference, London School of Economics (LSE) halls of residence are available for rent by the public.
