The ICAIL conference is the primary international conference addressing research in Artificial Intelligence and Law, and has been organized biennially since 1987 under the auspices of the International Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law (IAAIL). ICAIL provides a forum for the presentation and discussion of the latest research results and practical applications; it fosters interdisciplinary and international collaboration. The conference proceedings are published by ACM.

The conference (and pre-conference events, including the workshops and tutorials) will be held on the Strand campus of King's College London. King's is the heart of London on the banks of the Thames - the view from the campus is at the top of this page. It is within walking distance of many of the cultural highlights that make London an exciting conference location.

  • 4 June , 2017King's College London responds to the London attacks. While we are saddened and shocked by the terror attack that took place on Saturday 3 June, the College is expected to reopen on Monday 5 June, albeit with extra security measures in place. Further information will appear here.
