Registration on Monday morning and tea/coffee from Monday through to Thursday will be in K4U.17. To get to K4U.17 from the main entrance on Strand take the lifts that you see as you enter to level 5 (mathematics department). Take a U turn to your right and go down a flight of stairs, take a left turn, then straight and then a right turn through a door. You will see a large door on your left with "HZCM 1-4" written on top. As you enter this door you will have K4U.17 on your right. On Monday morning we will have student helpers at the main entrance on the Strand and on the fifth floor to direct you to K4U.17. The wine reception on Monday evening is at Macadam Terrace Cafe.
All talks from Monday to Thursday will be in K6.29 (The Anatomy Lecture Theatre in King's Building).
Talks on Friday will be in S-3.20 (3rd basement in the Strand building).
Tea/Coffee venue on Friday S-3.18.
Posters will be presented in K4U.17. We have also booked room K4.31 that is opposite K4U.17. It has some whiteboards and may be used during the tea/coffee breaks (or otherwise). Rooms S4.23, S4.36, S4.29 and S5.20 in the mathematics department have very boards and may be used for discussions whenever they are free (which we expect to be most times).
