• There have been some issues with reading the pdf file. As most people seems to have no problems reading and printing it, I am not sure how to fix it. However, there is a known issue with reading pdf files on the Chrome pdf reader -- download the file and read it with acrobat reader or preview (if you are Mac-centric) and that should work. If you have issues with printing permissions -- I am not sure how to fix it as I cannot reproduce the problem. However try printing it to another pdf file, and then print that.
