Current Work
I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science (Algorithms & Bioinformatics) in the Department of Informatics at King's College London under the supervision of Costas S. Iliopoulos and Solon P. Pissis. My research focuses on analysis and designs of string algorithms, with varying applications in big data analysis, data privacy, cyber security and genomic sequencing.
