Researchers from KBS, Mathematics, and Informatics will speak of green finance.

We have lined four guest speakers to give us an external perspective on the most pressing research priorities in this space. These are:

Theresa Lober (Head of the Bank of England’s Climate Hub) [confirmed]
Jens Larsen (Previously Chief Economist at Wellington Asset Management)
Casper Siegert (JP Morgan Asset Management)
David Carlin (UN Environment Programme-Finance Initiative)

Each speaker will give a short (c. 5 mins) talk on their suggested priority questions/issues, followed by a Q&A.

Following these talks, we’ll have a group discussion of potential research projects that can address these questions. The goal is to arrive at some potential candidate projects that could be worked up further, potentially including for submission to the King’s Together Fund.
