Biography
May completed her M.Sci degree in Chemistry with Biomedicine at King’s College London with 1st Class Honours (2017). She has received letters of recognition written by the Faculty’s Chair of the Undergraduate Board of Examiners for high achievement in her mid-sessional and summer exams. She was also Treasurer of the Chemistry Society.
May undertook an internship project at Petronas Chemicals Group and Petronas Research Sendirian Berhad in the Innovation and Technology Department last summer (2016). Previously, she has attended summer school at LSE and Oxford Royale Academy.
May joined the Lorenz Lab in October 2017 and is excited to be investigating the passive delivery of drugs across the blood brain barrier using molecular dynamics simulations as part of her Ph.D. research.
