REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION

ACCOMMODATION: We recommend participants to make reservations directly at the
Imperial Hotel (£90 for a single room and breakfast, ensuite). Alternative (and cheaper) accommodation is available at
County Hotel (£49 for a single room with breakfast, shared bathroom).
Both hotels are in walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the Strand Campus, but there is also a frequent direct bus connection.
There are other hotels (Bedford, President, Royal National, Tavistock) near these two hotels with prices for a single room between £75 and £87.
WiFi access is available in the lobby area between the Imperial and President hotels, and
also (after registration) at the Winter School venue in the Royal Academy of Engineering.
