REGISTRATION

To register please send an email to john.bolton@durham.ac.uk with the following information:

name
position
university
arrival and departure dates with approximate time of arrival (no arrivals between 11pm and 8am)
preferred room type for accommodation
any special dietary requirements (if applicable)
any mobility problems (if applicable)

Grey College offers two types of accommodation: with and without en-suite facilities. See Accommodation for more details.

There will be a registration fee of 16 British Pounds for each participant to cover the costs for coffee/tea and the wine reception. We plan a special dinner on Thursday evening, and participants wishing to join the dinner will have to pay an extra charge of approximately 16 British Pounds.

Payments should be made at registration in Durham. The only acceptable forms of payment are by cash in British Pounds, cheques drawn against English bank accounts, and credit cards (which will be debited in British Pounds).
