London Stringology Days & London Algorithmic Workshop (LSD & LAW) for Costas

The LSD & LAW meetings are organised annually (usually in February) by the Algorithms & Data Analysis research group at King's College London, and welcomes researchers at all levels with interests in theoretical or applied aspects of discrete algorithms, including String Algorithms, Automata Theory, Combinatorics on Words, Bioinformatics, Graph and Network Algorithms and Computational Complexity. Research students are especially welcome. This year LSD & LAW will be celebrating the life and work of Professor Costas Iliopoulos, who initiated the annual LSD & LAW meeting in 1993.

Abstract Submission and Registration

Participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral presentations and register here.
The deadline to submit abstracts is 25 January 2025.
Registration is free, the deadline to attend is 03 February 2025.


Special Issue

Following LSD&LAW25, selected talks will be invited to submit full papers to a special issue of Theoretical Computer Science. More details will be announced later.


Programme

The programme includes invited talks and a number of shorter contributing talks.

The event will be livestreamed for remote attendees, though presenters are required to attend in person. The link will be shared to all registered attendees.
